With this online tool, you can create a complete building model from BIM data for energy planning and simulation. Building geometry, components, rooms, and technical parameters are imported automatically and prepared for calculations of heating load, cooling load, and energy demand.

The tool supports engineers, architects, energy consultants, building technicians, and planners in the model-based planning of modern buildings. For the energy calculations, the open-source simulation system EnergyPlus is used in combination with OpenStudio.
